Dynamicweb collects a number of key Ecommerce statistics which can be browsed under the Ecommerce > Statistics node (Figure 1.1).

The reports are divided into two categories:

  • The Orders category contains statistics related to orders, e.g. turnover and which payment & shipment methods are being used
  • The Products category contains statistics related to products, e.g. frequently bought items, most viewed products, etc.
  • The Loyalty category contains statistics related to loyalty points

For each report you can select a timespan, a shop, and other relevant parameters, e.g. a currency or an ecommerce language.
