RMA

In the customer center in Rapido, it is possible to use the Return Merchandize Autorization feature (Figure 1.1). RMA allows customers to create return requests for an order with comments specifying the reason for the return.

When logged in, the user can go to the My RMA page to:

  • Create new RMA requests (Figure 1.2)
  • See a list of their RMA requests where they can view or cancel each request

The user can then view their requests from the RMA list (Figure 1.3).
