Language of Product Catalog Group Changes on Next Page

Hello,

We have a solution with two languages, Dutch and Danish, with multiple stores in it. In the Dutch store, there is a group with products in it, its a paginated catalog. On moving to the next page, the url changes from dutch language to the danish one. For example :

From :  .../webshop/zomer-uitverkoop/natuurkunde-zomeractie

To: .../webshop/sommerkampagne-nl/fysik?PageNum=2 (these are the equivalents for the danish version of that group)

The set languange for that store is Dutch, but on the product catalog is set to Danish, so I can't delocalize it.

What seems to be the issue here?

Hi Goncalo,

My guess is that there is something wrong with how the pagination links are generated in the product list template, but it's hard to tell without taking a look at the template code.

I don't understand what you mean by "The set languange for that store is Dutch, but on the product catalog is set to Danish, so I can't delocalize it.". Can you elaborate or share some screen dumps?

Which version of Dynamicweb is this?

Is the implementation based on Rapido?

Do you have a unique primary domain configured for each website (dutch and danish)?

What type of URL provider are you using? The old url providers or the new page url providers?

Hello Morten,

Regarding the "The set languange for that store is Dutch, but on the product catalog is set to Danish, so I can't delocalize it."

You can see in the following images, the default language is Danish:

The sites in question is dutch:

And because Danish is default I cant delocalize the danish version:

The version is 9.3.8, not using Rapido. And we have diferent domains for each website. As well as using the new page url providers.

Version 9.3.8? I assume that you mean 9.8.3, right? Either way, I would recommend that you upgrade to a later version.

Make sure that you have selected the correct ecommerce shop and language under ecommerce settings on each website.
Your screen dump only shows the website language. The ecommerce language of the website should also be configured.

Make sure that you have enabled the only show translated elements setting.

If that doesn't solve it then I think you should contact support. We need to see how your solution is configured, how the templates are implemented and what goes on with the request/response in front end. I can only keep on guessing what might be wrong :)
