Hi,
My goal:
- Main Ecom groups visible for all users
- Subselection of ECOM groups only visible to the assigned customer
=>Using assortments
My issues:
- All users
- Navigation: only root available, no other groups available in the navigation or by direct url
- No products when adding the values to the index query (cfr documentation)
- Specific users (with assortment-assignment)
- Navigation: only root + specific assigned ecom group
- Products:
- no products visible, only facets
- No products when adding the values to the index query (cfr documentation)
My steps - following the documentation
- Created extra ECOM group
- Published products to it
- Created assortment and connected the ECOM group
- Enabled 'assortments' in the settings
- Added the values to the index as described in the documentation.
Extra
- Adding the values to the index query causes the dissapearance of products on the frontend
- I understand the navigation changes because of the assortments-setting
I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong with the configuration but I don't know what?
