Canonical Link Issues Version 9.7.2

Hi,

We are having some issues using the Canonical Links in DW 9.7.2.

On pages where we have set the canonical url in the page properties the url is displaying correctly.

i.e. https://www.nstgroup.co.uk/trips put this url into the canonical link <link rel="canonical" href="https://www.nstgroup.co.uk/trips">

On pages where we are not explicitly setting the canonical link the link is incorrect.

i.e. https://www.nstgroup.co.uk/opal-coast-food-technology-school-trips puts the following url into the canonical link. <link rel="canonical" href="https://www.nstgroup.co.ukhttps://www.nstgroup.co.uk/food-technology-school-trips">

im not sure if theres something we cna do to resolve this?

Hi Oleg,

I may be being dense here but can you please advise which version of dynamicweb this has been resolved in so we can plan a future release.

Hi Andrew

You can see state and expected release of bugs in this page: https://doc.dynamicweb.com/downloads/releases/bug-fixes/known-bugs

As it seems now (test is still missing), this will be released with the next update of Dynamicweb package for Dynamicweb 9.8
