Hi Ferri,
I am not sure about the Swift tempates functionality but the Live integration supports the reordering feature.
Similar question was answered here.
So on the Integration customer center Order details page you need to have a button with a link like that to trigger the same order to be placed into a new cart:
https://localhost:6001/my-account/my-orders-integration?pn8703=0&itemID=ORDER363&Redirect=home&addToCart=true
Where the itemId is the Dynamicweb order id which needs to be reordered, Redirect parameter needs to be not empty.

Thank you for your clear answer. Now I just need to know whether this works with the current Swift-V2 templates.

Could someone confirm if Swift-V2 supports this out of the box, or if we need to extend/adjust the existing templates to make it work?

Hi Ferri,

It depends on how you have Live Integration configured.

• Currently, Swift v2 does NOT support the "Lazy load product info"
• ReOrder in Swift v2 actually uses the Express Buy
• This will take you to a screen where the user can do something items that may not be in stock or discontinued since the order was originaly placed

The standard functionality from customer center to reorder, fails silently and copies orderlines, meaning unit prices won't be up-to-date, which may fail later when syncing the order to BC.
