There is a bug in Order edit in DW backend where we open Order detail and click track&trace then without doing anything we click next btn to go see other orders. And if clicked save, the order saved will have the tracking No. of the order we last check tracking No.

please check the loom

Hi,

Actually, the parameter values you have seen are not saved to selected order until saving via Save/Save&Close in the order form. You can close-reopen the order with T&T updated and see that it has default values. Orders already saved with T&T updated show the values correctly on navigating.

But I'm agree the behavior can confuse. I've created TFS86462 to fix update edited values to default on navigating thru order list if order was not saved with T&T updated. Thanks.

Sorry, the tracking No. actually saved into the current order if the user hit save btn. you can test.

1.go to the order with the tracking No. and open tracking and trace. then close that dialog.(note the tracking No. there.

2. click next to see other order and then click save.
