Hi,

I've upgraded a solution from DW 9.9.8 to 9.10.21 in order to fix the bug, with missing inheritance on language layers, when using the Visual Editor and presets.

After the upgrade, I get the attached error, when I try to edit a row template - no matter if it's a newly created row template or one of the existing in the Fashion row templates.

Has anyone experienced a similar error and maybe found a solution?

Hi,

try to perform the script first of all and IIS pool recycle after it as well. Actually, the target version too old and may cause the issue. I've checked last Rapido 3.4.3 based on last DW9.13.7 admin and was not able to catch the issue. Besides, ensure you to follow to manual regarding upgrading of your template set well, please.

Hi Oleg,

Thank you for your response.

I have only upgraded Dynamicweb to version 9.10.21, as the Rapido-version vil continue as is. I've already used the update-script and followed the manual.

I've updated to latest DW 9.13 and it fixed the problem.
