						Is this a brand new site? If not and if it's upgraded site, you may have to clear your browser cache. Often when issues like this happen in the backend it's because of dated JavaScript files.

Yes, this is an upgraded site. I had cleared the browser cache and also restarted IIS. It still not working.
I noticed that there is a javascript error.

						Yeah, I did see the error in your first report, but those are often caused by mismatches between script files from older version.
But I just tested it on a new DW 9.6.8. release and it breaks for me with the same error. 						I tried it again and often it works, but often it also doesn't. Same here. If I choose a few, it usually works but only from inside one of the groups. if I am in All products, it usually does not work.
