I've encountered a scenario that I frankly have no idea why is happening. On a website this app is used on a page paragraph to search for products and content. The issue is that the search also finds products that are marked as 'inactive' for all of its language layers. Anyone encountered something similar? and what can we do to prevent inactive products to be searched up? The site in question runs on a DW 9.13.11 instance

Go to Settings > Ecommerce > Advanced configuration > General
Ensure that the settings for "Only show products" / "Only show variants" are correct according to how you want the search results to be displayed.

I'm pretty sure that should work.
Maybe the products that show up in search results are variants? Are you sure that you have deactived each of the variants and not just the master product?
The behavior/result of activating/deactivating products depends on your field settings for "Active" in Settings > Ecommerce > Advanced configuration > Fields.
And also check if you have unexpected/corrupt data in the EcomProducts table.
Otherwise, try upgrading. DW 9.13.11 is old ;)
