Marketing Flows

Hi,

I' trying to get the Email Marketig Flows to work but.

I have created a test flow and added myself as a recipiant.
I have set the start date and added a step with a 5 minute delay.

I then run the "Email Marketing Flow Scheduler" manually.

But the "View Flow" remains empty. Some for some reason it wont recognize new recipients.

Can anyone shed some light on what I am doing wrong?

Regards / Aki

Hi,

No, I don't receive anything. I have followed the steps here : https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/marketing/email-marketing/flows

The log for EmailHandler does not have anything about sent e-mails.

The log for scheuled tasks has this :

2021-08-18 13:56:49.9028|INFO|ScheduledTasks|Task 'Email Marketing Flow Scheduler' ID=14: task execution started
2021-08-18 13:56:49.9340|INFO|ScheduledTasks|Task 'Email Marketing Flow Scheduler' ID=14: Method Dynamicweb.EmailMarketing.Flows.FlowScheduledTaskAddIn.Run returned: True
2021-08-18 13:56:49.9340|INFO|ScheduledTasks|Task 'Email Marketing Flow Scheduler' ID=14: task execution finished

The sender e-mail is "info@mindflower.se".

What is the "Delay" based on? Is it from when a user is added to the "To" section?

Yeah, when you were added or when you last received an email.

But I see now that you have added your self to the mail that is part of the flow - you need to add your self to the flow - not the mails in the flow.

See https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/marketing/email-marketing/flows

Thanks for your input Nicolai.

I saw now what the problem was, besides from defining recipiant in the mail.

My testuser had not "Allow e-mails" checked.  Jeez...

*Backing slowly from the room....
