Cannot save users

Hi Guys,

 

In the project that I'm working now, I can't save an user after change his fields.

I saved a screencast showing this issue: http://screencast.com/t/pZh4ChjSgqVs.

I'm using version 8.8.1.6.

I think it could be related with the encrypt password because in other projects where we use this version we are able to save the user and we are not encrypting the password.

 

Can someone help me?

It works fine in my local solution also with encrypted password

You must have a custom something?

Hi Nicolai,

 

I'm just using standard features. I've tried with a super admin privileges and I can't save it to.

Hi!

This bug has been registered as TFS-25861.

It is caused by some password validation checking the key after encryption.

Hi Christian,

I didn't found the TFS-25861 on Bug fixes and Know bug area. Can you confirm me when this will be released?

Hi Mario,

This bug is now in the pipeline for being fixed with th 8.9.1 release.

Release date for this release is 29/11.

The problem TFS#25861 has now been fixed in version 8.9.1.0
