Making Custom Widgets Viewable globally on all backend users?

Hello.

We have a custom widget that we would like to show globally to all uses, who have a backend access.

It does not seem to be possible to be the case if you inherit from DashboardWdiget, could that be possible in a future update?

Are there any other workarounds that could solve this problem?

Hi Thomas

If you have a 9.7+, you can manage the dashboards from Settings->Editor->Dashboards, see https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/platform/platform-tools/dashboards#6148

Each area, i.e. Home, has a default dashboard - in there you can add your own widget so all users that uses the default dashboard, will see that widget. You can also reset the dashboard for all users - see dump.
