Bug in Order view

Hi there

Our customer is having problem viewing order details on their laptop. See attached photo. It doesnt matter if they minify the left menu, it still doesnt show product number. 

Is this something that can be fixed? They have to be able to work "on the go".

Hi Asdis

Yes - we need some more information in order to locate what can be wrong - can you provide us with the following information?

  • What browser and version
  • What version of Dynamicweb
  • What resolution on the screen

Then I will ask QA look into the issue.

Also ensure that the customers computer meet the Dynamicweb 9 requirements which can be found here:

They are using Dynamicweb version 9.6.7.

Browser is Chrome version: 79.0.3945.117.

Desktop resolution: 1920 x 1080.

I will go over the requirements on the next meeting with them.

Hi Asdis

It looks like they might have some zoom on browser window... Also it is possible to right click on the headings in the orderline list, and remove i.e. "Stock location" and "Units" which will leave more room for the other columns in a narrow screen.

See if that will help on the issue.
