Error installing license

Hi,

I have duplicated a solution to create a testing environment. As indicated here and here, I have deleted the licence files, and the dblgnforna, InstalledSolutions, LicenseInformation and LicenseConfiguration keys inside the GlobalSetting.aspx file. 

The frontend works ok, and the /Admin page to access the backend shows the standard "Welcome to license configuration" dialog. But when pressing the "Get a free trial" button and the page redirects to /Admin/Access/License/License_Login.aspx, an error appears (see attached image): 

Server Error in '/' Application
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

How could I solve this error?

Hi Tomas,

My guess would be that something is blocking the connection to our LicenseServer.

Can you test if your server has access to http://licens.dynamicweb-cms.com?
