Backend locked - trial has expired

Hi

I have a DW9.1 solution running on my local pc. It has worked fine until now. But now when I try to access the backend I get the errormessage in the attached screenshot. How do I unlock the backend?

That is a good question...

How did you install the solution? Using the installer and choosing trial?

  1. Delete the /Globalsettings/System/InstalledSolutions key if it exists
  2. Delete the /Globalsettings/System/dblgnforna key if it exists
  3. Delete the /Globalsettings/System/LicenseInformation key if it exists
  4. Go to the Modules table and set the Enterprise to true
  5. Recycle...

Hi Nicolai

Yes, installed by the installer and choosing trial.

Your suggestions didn't work. But using the DW installation wizard I installed a new DW9.1 website and set the license as "Staging/Test license" in MC-System-License configuration and then copied the keys:

  1. /Globalsettings/System/InstalledSolutions
  2. /Globalsettings/System/dblgnforna
  3. /Globalsettings/System/LicenseInformation
  4. /Globalsettings/System/LicenseConfiguration

to my GlobalSettings file on the website that was locked. After that I recycled the unlocked website and now the website is unlocked smiley
