Products Cannot Add to Group in 9.6.8

Products cannot add to group in application 9.6.8.

Is this a brand new site? If not and if it's upgraded site, you may have to clear your browser cache. Often when issues like this happen in the backend it's because of dated JavaScript files.

Dear Imar,

Yes, this is an upgraded site. I had cleared the browser cache and also restarted IIS. It still not working.
I noticed that there is a javascript error.

Yeah, I did see the error in your first report, but those are often caused by mismatches between script files from older version.

But I just tested it on a new DW 9.6.8. release and it breaks for me with the same error. Looks like a bug to me.

Dear all,

I cannot reproduce the issue on Rapido 3.1 solution based on last DW9.6.8 with last Chrome and FF. Please, have a look at the video and comment if my steps do not follow yours.

I tried it again and often it works, but often it also doesn't. I seem to have the most success reprodcing it when I select a few products (not all) from the All products list, rather than from an existing group.

Hi guys,

Same here. If I choose a few, it usually works but only from inside one of the groups. if I am in All products, it usually does not work.

I was able to reproduce the issue in 'All products', now it is bugged by TFS65374 new created, thanks.

The TFS65374 problem regarding Ecom->Product catalog->All products

Has now been fixed in version 9.6.9. Ready for download here: https://doc.dynamicweb.com/downloads/releases
