Loading Issue When Importing with Unstructure Excel file

Dear Sir,

 

I am trying to import the product with unstructure excel file in DW version 9.10.0 but after I selected the key and run the job at that time the loading was never end. Could u please suggest me that is there anything that I missed out?

Hi Yoon,

The issue is know bug (TFS 89824) regardless key using, it was already fixed on DW9.10.1. released yesterday. Actually, import can be done and with the issue on 9.10, product are imported. Try to perform an action during the performing, e.g. change sort order in columns of task or press 'Finish' button, then you can see imported products exist in destination group.

Hi Sir,

 

Yes, I also noticed that product are imported/updated and the only issue is job is not finish (keep running).

I will try again at 9.10.1. Thank you very much for your quick reply.

Dear Sir,

I am not able to find this issue number on the fixed list:

Could u please suggest me that in which release this issue will fix?
