Issue with Quantity Reduction for Orders with Decimal Quantities

Hi,

I'm currently encountering an issue where the quantity reduction doesn't seem to work correctly when I place an order with a decimal quantity. To illustrate this, I've attached a screenshot for your reference.

For instance, I have a total of 40 items in stock. However, when I place an order with a quantity of 5.6, the expected result should be a remaining stock of 34.4. Instead, it is showing 34 in the backend and the database, which is not the correct behavior.

I'm using the DW application version 9.15.14. You can access the site through this link: [http://nav.amardeepfabrics.com]

I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions on what might be causing this issue.

Thanks

Thuzar

Hi Thuzar,

The stock level does support decimals. I am trying to access your site but it seems I am not allowed. Have you disabled angel login or have multiple angels?

Hi Thuzar and Shiwanka,

Thanks for reaching out again. I missed the post from the 7/11. The issue is still the same, I am able to login to your system, but the backend is blank. Maybe you have more then one usertype=0 and therefore the angel login does not work.

But either way, I have asked QA if there's a bug here.

Hi,

I was able to reproduce the issue on our test environment based on last DW9.16.2 admin as well, now it is under discussing, so final results regarding a fix will be posted shortly. Sorry for inconvenience.

Hi Oleg,

I appreciate your prompt attention to the reported issue, and I'm aware that you're actively working on a resolution for the upcoming release.

However, our customer is eagerly waiting for this issue to be fixed and is keen on having it resolved and released to LIVE before the end of this year. Understanding your development schedule, could you kindly inform me of the specific version number in which this fix will be included?

Thanks

Thuzar
