Applying Units of Measure

Hi,

My client wants to sell in units of: each, box and pallet. Do you have to define the single item 'each' as well in the 'units of measure' if you want a customer to be able to select one of three on the frontend?

Is the default price assigned to the single unit? Or how does it work in this case?

Hi Davy,

A product has a price for it's default unit. That's the most basic of scenarios that you configure in the card.

But then you can use "Prices" to set the price for each Unit of Measure in the Price Matrix https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/ecommerce/product-catalog/products#2828

When working with multiple units of measure, be sure to explore the "Units" section https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/ecommerce/product-catalog/product-units
