Our client requested us to implement the RMA flow. This is a B2B shop that sells large quantities on orders. What regularly happens is that large sets of products are returned.
When a RMA is created, there is a record created for each item on the orderline.
Is there a way to bundle multiple items of the same product into a single RMA record? So the client doesn't need to process each product at a time.
