We have a customer in need of RMA functionality. They have a long history of orders from previous and current solutions (not dynamicweb), and would like to handle their RMA in one place.
Any way the RMA feature could work withouht an order in Dynamicweb?
All products will be available in dynamicweb. Any chance we can use the products directly instead?
Maybe another idea?
