Smart search on how many times someone logged in

Hi,

We would like to have a smart search on how many times someone did log in. Now it is only possible to search for the last login time. Or that you can search like logged in less then 5 times, between 5 and 10 times, between 10 and 20 times and so on.

Can you make this smart search possible?

Hopte to hear from you.

Kind regards,

Manon Wekking

Hi Manon,

Can you provide some more details about the use case? What is this smart search going to be used for?
There might be other solutions to the problem you are trying to solve.

Hi Morten,

Our partner uses this to check if customers only registered of that they come morgen often to the portal. If they only have registered, then they can send them an email with the benefits, so they come more often to the portal.

So can you create this option in the smart search or do you have another solution for this?

Hi Manon

You cannot out of the box. You can create a custom field "Login count" and create a notification subscriber to the login event - and then add counts to the field on every login. And then use the field in a smart search.

But it might be better to look at the last login time - if they have not logged in for the past 14 days, send them something. You can do that using smart searches looking at last login time.
