Hi,
After clicking "Create shipping documents" in DW and it reports everything is okay (Shipping Document Created), shouldn't the shipment be visible in the shipmondo dashboard?
The solution is on DW 9.12 and Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.ShippingProviders.Shipmondo.dll 2.0.0 all the other things about the provider seem to work ok.
