Wrong config in swift.csproj

Hi, 

I cloned a fresh swift repo and get an error when I open the project in VS.

The bottom of the csproj looks a bit odd, with 3.3.2 and 3.3.3 referenced

Yes - looks bad.

Just updated the csproj to fix this issue.
