Swift 1.11 - Removing last item in cart doens't show empty cart page

Hi DW,

As the title states when removing the last item from a cart in Swift 1.11, you're not redirected to the "empty cart" page.
So you're still able to proceed with the order without any products in the cart.

And the default cart page also lacks a "empty cart" button.

I've attached pictures showing the process below.

That setting is used for Order Drafts, when you basically create the Cart without orderlines (assign it to a user and any other order fields) and then start adding products to it.
