Product list page: additional seo description on the bottom of the page

Hi,

On product list pages we want to render an additional descriptionon the bottom of the page for SEO purposes.

There is no 'bottom description' field in a a specific ecom-group. How would we enable this?

On the screenshot below you see what I mean.

Assuming you are using Swift, what's preventing you from creating a row after the product list with such information?

Yes I'm using Swift. What item would you load to render the product group field value frontend? Or is there another component?

Hi Davy,

 

There is a "Group description (info)" component you can try to use. If that does not give you what you want/need, you will need to create a new component to point to the specific group field value you want with the proper markup/layout.

Hi Nuno,

The "Group description (info)" renders the main category info. So indeed creating a new component with the group field value will do the trick.
