Order that was created from a quote has a blank state

Hi,

Testing on cleanswift - https://cleanswift.mydwsite1.com/, DW 9.15.13, Swift 1.23

After we accept a quote and do the checkout (Quote is converted to an Order), the Order has a blank state on the front-end templates.

When checking the databse, we can see that the order has an assigned state that belongs to the Default Quote Flow.

Is this the expected behavior or should the order have a state that is from the Default Order Flow.

Hi,

I confirm that it is bug. It is reproduced on last DW9.16.3 as well. The new order should get default state from order flow if available. Actually, the flow is available in order details but not set during the processing. So, I've created new Devops task #16580 to fix the bug. Thanks for finding.

Hi Pedro

The problem regarding #16580 when Order created from a quote has a blank state

Has now been fixed in Dynamicweb release 9.16.6
You can get this version from the download section https://doc.dynamicweb.dk/downloads/dynamicweb-9#sideNavTitle1-2
