For this if you want to use CKEditor you can still use, here are the steps
Goto > Settings > Editing > editing Configuration > Create New
Then Create New Configuration and Select CKeditor and Save Settings
Then goto which item type you want to use this new settings, here i will use for Standard > Text type
Select new Configuration
