Hi,
I have a question: is it possible in swift to create na new row template for visual editor? I would like to create a 3 columns template with different width for each column for example.
I was trying to do that, I have added new Item, create a new cshtml template, added to json file but still nothing in visual editor.

Yes you can - and sounds correct.
You need to enable it under "allowed children" for the page item type
