Alignment issue for Employee item

Hi

I'm using the Employee item and I would like to have the image and text displayed next to each other. However, even after selecting this option, the text still appears below the image.
It seems that the link is missing the attribute "class="position-absolute top-0"," which is necessary for proper alignment.

Another minor HTML issue, perhaps it would be worth considering starting the IDs of the links with letters instead of numbers.

Hi again,

About the ID's: I'll ask the team and create a Feature if they agree in the change.

Regarding the IDs

They have the an ID of a paragraph due to being able to link to them with anchors.

We have just changed it to be <a name="123"> instead because using ID will give Lighthouse scoring issues.
