Last Friday we started a big campaign for our customer Volandis (https://bouwinfra.volandis.nl/actie). This morning we have taken a look at the results and we see differences in:
- The quantity of users that filled in the forms
- The quantity of users in Dynamic Web groups that are connected to those forms
- The quantity of users in the exports of those groups
- The quantity of users that received E-mails (based on filling in a form)
On the site we have 4 different forms:
1. Lunch - https://bouwinfra.volandis.nl/lunch - Form 'Winactie - lunchs' - Group 'Formulier winactie lunch
2. Luchtballon - https://bouwinfra.volandis.nl/luchtballonvaart - Form 'Winactie luchtballonvaart' - Group 'Formulier winactie luchtballonvaart
3. Efteling - https://bouwinfra.volandis.nl/efteling - Form 'Winactie Efteling' - Group ''Formulier winactie Efteling'
4. Dopper - https://bouwinfra.volandis.nl/bedankt-voor-je-deelname - Form 'Winactie deel 2 dopper' - Group 'Formulier dopper'
Below please find the quantities we have in the different groups, exports and forms:
Lunch | Luchtballon | Efteling | Dopper | |
Form * | 49 | 37 | 59 | 82 |
Group | 18 | 26 | 31 | 57 |
Export group | 60 | 64 | 44 | 103 |
Send E-mails * | 29 | 31 | 39 | 68 |
* Testusers are included
Let's takte the lunch as an example. It seems 49 users filled in the form (including some test users), in DW we see there are 18 users in that group (I attached a screenshot which tells 20 but we still receive subsciptions). When we export the group to Excel we see there are 60 users in that group (see attachement). After filling in the form users receive a confirmation mail, we send 29 of them.
There might be some differences in the quantities because of tests, but in the export are no test users or double values. The differences are that big that something seems to go wrong.
Can you please have a look at this?
Best regards
Gerard
