Hi,

How do I grant access for other users than administrators to the folder All Products in PIM:

Hello Helene,

Logged as administratr you should go to PIM/Warehouses and set permissions for any Group of users for each of the node (including "All products").

Hi Olga,

Thanks, yes that is also how I have tried, but unfortunately nothing happens when I click the three dots to the right of All products - it seems to be disabled or inactive. I am logged in as administrator.

Hi Helene,

I've understood. You are using the older version. This is already fixed. So you should take the latest release version 9.6.5 here https://doc.dynamicweb.com/downloads/releases
