User provider not importing to destination group

Hi,

I'm using the User Provider (Latest version 10.8) to import users. My datasource is the NAV Code unit XML.

My problem: Users are not assigned to a specific group ('Customers') after import. They are created without group assignment.

My settings:

My integration mapping:

- In only mapped AccessUser (without specific AccessUserGroups mapping because the settings should handle it) and Accessuser Addres.

In my source XML I also have the AccessUserGroup Table, but I don't use it since I'm using the setting "Destination group".

that is a bug and will be fixed in the #21664.

Hi Davy,
I was trying to reproduce the issue and found that it works but it is needed to set the Cache settings in order to see the imported user in the new group:

Could you check with that settings?
Note: I don't set any column mappings to the AccessUser -> AccessUserGroups column

Hi Dmitrij,

I tried without success. My current dw version: 10.8.3 en upgraded to the newest user provider app.

Will there still be a fix released, or how do you see the next steps?

Hi Davy,
Can you run the data integration job directly without using the import data add-in and check if it works?
If not then you can you send me your Data integration job xml file and source xml file to: dbe@dynamicweb-cms.com
So I can then reproduce it
