Urgent: How to set up our project (VCS-Azure-DWCloud)

Hi,
Being used to FTP for our pipeline and with a project starting tomorrow, could someone give a guide on how to set up our DW10 project correctly?

- We have a DW clone from Github in Visual Code Studio, latest version
- We have set up a project with a pipeline in Azure Dev (Staging, Cloud) - environment was not ready at the moment of setup
- We have now received our DW10 backend for this client

With lots of mixed information to be found, can anyone give me a step by step guide on how to proceed, also being new to this?
This is a PIM only client, so ideally we'd also install a copy of our dummy database, if that can be taken into account.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, as there is no time to go through the extensive documentation videos etc.
