Updating Data Integration job

HI guys,

I am trying to update the destination settings in a Data Integration job. When I make my update and Save and Close, there is a 404 error generated for /Admin/Module/IntegrationV2/js/editdestination.js. This file doesn't exist in any of the Applictation folders I have checked. Is there somewhere I can get this file to place in my solution?

Hi Terri,

I've checked the last four versions of DW in our source control, and while there is indeed a reference to editdestination.js, that file doesn't exist in any of them. I've also tested that editing destination settings and saving works as it should without this file.

If you are seeing a problem here, I would like a url for the website, so that I can see it for myself.

Hi Jonas,

The example that we were trying to do was to set Delete Incoming Rows. I have also seen the same behavior with Update Only Existing Products. Both of those require re-creating the jobs since checking the box and saving doesn't update the job XML.

Hi Terri,

Ok, I see that the "delete incomming rows" and "update only existing products" setting isn't saved correctly. I'll add bugs to our system and get it fixed.

Am I reading this right, that the 404 is only if you go look at debug/developer info in your browser - the UI behaves as if it was saved correctly?

Hi Jonas,

Yep, the 404 is only shown in dev tools not in the browser itself. It looks like it worked but doesn't.
