we are working on a DW 9.13.3 with live-integration 6.2.7. When creating an order with live-integration activated we get the following error in the order log:
Order ERROR: Unexpected exception CheckOutDone() with the message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (IsCart:False, UserID/name/secondaryid:0//0, Complete:True), (IP:127.0.0.1, Url:/Default.aspx?ID=6398), Thread:10, HashCode:11381049)
Order is created but not transferred to ERP. It live-integration is de-activated CheckOutDone() don't throw an exception.
I have attached the error log.
To me it looks like the error occurs when DW tries to send order notification mails. Mails are send when live-integration is de-activated but don't get send when live-integration is activated. Any takes on this? Bug?
