I encountered, what I think is a bug, when exporting PIM Feed XML data to Excel with a scheduled task. I have a feed that listens to the warehouse that gets a list of products given a query. In the feed it is possible to state the properties included and excluded. This works as intended, however, when exporting this to an Excel using a scheduled task with the Feed File Export Task type, it ignores the Product System Field property Groups & GroupPaths. Every property, if included, is present in the feed XML and the outputted Excel, except Groups & GroupPaths (multiple or singular product groups). See attachments.
For what it is worth, I made a custom .cshtml template for the feed XML, this is for naming the elements and excel columns.
I suspect this has something to do with prioritizing the PrimaryOrDefaultGroup instead of Groups, but even when PrimaryOrDefaultGroup is excluded, Groups is not shown.
