LiveIntegration - License is not valid ?

Hello forum,

- the ERPLiveIntegrationAddIn.log reports sometimes "Request send failed. License is not valid." which leads to certain orders aren't send to Business Central while other orders are sent successfully.

12/13/2021 12:16:29 PM: DebugInfo: Updating order with ID: ORDER-21. Complete: True. Order submitted from the backend: False
12/13/2021 12:16:29 PM: DebugInfo: Request send failed. License is not valid.

 

Is it the Dynamicweb license which isn't valid or has it someting to do with Business Central?

Hi Michael,
What is your Dynamicweb version? Do you only have just one Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.LiveIntegration.dll in the bin folder?
Do you also have Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.DynamicwebLiveIntegration.dll? If yes, then what is its version?

We are running Dynamicweb v9.8.10 and we only have the Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.LiveIntegration.dll in the bin folder.

Below is from Settings > Integration > Integration Framework Live:

Hi Michael,

you need to have the feature "eCom_DataIntegrationERPLiveIntegrationV2" in the Settings->System->Lice information page.
Can you check if you have it?

Hello Dmitriy,

- we don't have the "eCom_DataIntegrationERPLiveIntegrationV2" but we have "eCom_DataIntegrationERPLiveIntegration" (without V2). Is it a simpel update of the Dynamicweb license that is required?

Yes, it requires the eCom_DataIntegrationERPLiveIntegrationV2. Try the license update

Thanks Dmitriy, we have contacted Dynamicweb support, since the license update button didn't change anything and hope they somehow can update the license.
