At a customer the LiveIntegration with BC Is running smoothly overall, but sometimes, some orders are failing to insert into BC.I have asked the ERP partner to look at logging, but they clean up the event log daily they say (wich is brillian ofcourse, but nothing I can do)
When an error is generated in the Order log, is there a wat for me to trigger an alert?
The problem is this occurs only sometimes, and I cannot watch orders coming in all day ;-)
Additional fact, resubmitting the same order manually has worked everytime without error, so is this a sort of transient network thing maybe?
