Live integration does not return live stock

Running Rapido 3.4.2 on DW 9.9.5 with a BC 18 Cloud live integration, we are only getting live prices with the products. The stock reflects the value available on the products in DW.

Hi Roald,
what version of the Live integration do you use? Is it a standard or a custom?
Do you see the ProductStock field is returned in the response xml in the Live integration log from the BC when you browse product?

Hi Dmitriy,

The version used is 1.2.0.16_NAV18.0.24800.26129, and it is a standard integration.

In the log I do in fact see the ProductStock value, but it does not match the one shown in the frontend.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue running Rapido 3.4.3 on DW 9.10.7. The live integration version used is 1.2.0.12_NAV14.21.46103.

Can anyone help?

you need to uncheck the option "Lazy load product info":

The "Lazy load product info" is unchecked but the issue persists.

Hi Roald,
The new version of the Dynamicweb Plutin Unit 1.2.0.17 is now released on the MS App Source.
So you can try to upgrade and check if your issue is solved.
