I am working with a partner that is trying to have orders, through an integration activity, create an excel file of orders created. They reported that this was working in their dev environment, but is no longer. They've so far been unsuccessful in the production environment.
Can you take a look at how we have this set up and give advice on what else we may try? I reviewed the documentation and tried changing a few settings, but no luck yet. Let me know if any other info would be helpful.
