Hi,

We are running a solution on DW 9.13.2 with one PIM and two shops. We have added a job to import product data from another database using the SQL provider as source to the PIM using the Ecom provider as destination. The Ecom provider is configured to remove missing rows after import, but the missing products are not removed after import. Am i missing something in the configuration or is this a bug or some other problem?

Hi Roald,
this can happen if you have the same products and/or groups that belong to two shops, so they can not be removed if they belong to the other shop as well.

Hi Dmitrij,

Is there some other way to remove products no longer in an import source across multiple shops/PIMs? Do I create another group where no shop is selected in destination settings?

Hi Roald,
you can de-select the Shop in the Ecom provider settings, just set it to None, then all missed products across all shops will be removed.
You can go for that if that is needed for your case. Same problem was also described here.
