Data Integration - Dynamicweb provider to Excel

Hi,

We are are experiencing an issue on Data Integration when try to create a new activity with source "Dynamicweb provider" and destination 'Excel provider'. On the last step of creation the new activity, instead of just create it, it returns to the "Create activity" window:

 

DW version: 9.12.9

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Hi Ricardo,
can not reproduce it on the last version and on 9.12.3 too, I have used Chrome browser. Can you try to clear the browser cache and/or try it in the other browser?

Hi Dmitriy,
Thanks for the quick response. I've tried different things and it seems the problem is specific to version 9.12.9:

  • I have tried to clear the browser cache and in other browser but didn't solve the issue.
  • I have tried in other DW Solution in the same version 9.12.9 and I can reproduce the issue.
  • In version 9.12.5 I can't reproduce the issue

Hi Ricardo,

We are not able to reproduce the described problem on current latest version, 9.13.10.
