Dear Sir

This happen very often intermittently refer to the attached video.

May I know what could went wrong that at time I do not face the problem and at time I face the problem.

Hi Tan,
as I see you are pressing enter key when filling the new job name text box and after that you are redirected to the first step - that was a bug and it was fixed, so try to upgrade to latest 9.5.5 version. Or as a workaround use mouse click instead of pressing enter key.
