Bulk save action on products - attribute value not saved to the frontend - Primary variant

Hi,

Issue: When we import ProductLongDescription via the PIM Excel export - import the value is not rendered on the frontend.

Details: The product is a Master from a family combination. The attribute is set to only be managed by the master.

We need to go to the product in the backend, click on 'Edit' ,  'save' and then the result is shown.

Is there a way to do this in bulk?

We also tried reindexing, cache clearing, etc.

have you selected the service cache clearing like that in your job?

Hi Dmitrij,

Yes, that ones been cleared. It's also not with all attributes. Seems it's when the value has to 'flow' to the variants.

A little bit off-topic but it seemed that the product link from the product list page directed to the link of the primary variant. The issue was only on this page. Removing this 'primary' feature from the DB resulted in a link to the master product, which didn't have the issue.

Ecomproducts table: ProductDefaultVariantComboId
