AreaEcomShopId not found in Area settings

Hi guys,

I have a project running on DW 9.12.x.

We see a lot of these messages in the log: AreaEcomShopId not found in Area settings

Everything seems to be set up correctly. Anything I have to be concerned about? Is there any way I can get rid of this error?

Hi Adrian

Can you share more information? I cannot locate anything in the code base that logs this.

Is it in monitoring and can you show a screen dump of the entry?

Hi NIcolai,

I have created a Notification on the Live integration hoping that I would get some info when an order fails to get to the ERP.

In the content of the Email in Ecom:LiveIntegration.ErrorMessage tag, I get something like this:

AreaEcomShopId not found in Area settings

In some cases it's just the Error message:

In some cases something a lot weirder:

But in the actual LiveIntegrationLog, there is nothing about this error.

I am not sure if this makes sense.

We actually get this same errormesage.
Don't know if the lines below are any help - but maybe...

Immediately after this error (within the same second) - the LiveIntegration changes the "AccessUserCustomerNumber" from the initial number set on the customer, to a default ID, causing the prices to change currency as well. The value stays the same, but currency changes from USD (correct) to DKK (default on the site).
In our case this is only seen (as far as i know) when placing orders via the LiveIntegration.

This also causes the order NOT to be placed in the ERP.

Hi Adrian and Rasmus,
you are probably using an old Live Integration 4.0 version which has a bug finding the correct Area once the order is gets completed after passing the Checkout payment handler.
But this is already fixed in the more later Live integration 6.2.* versions.
So try to use a newer version instead.
