Spell chekcer for FCK editor

Reply

Hi

We´re getting feature requests from our custumers who are asking for a spell checker functionality for the FCK editor

In our case -  we need a spell checker for Faroese language. Is this something that DW are working on, or is this for the individual partners to implement manually?

if so, how do we do this?

Hi there. The problem with iespell is that it doesn´t support Faroeses, and from what I can see further development on iespell has stopped, and it has been replaced by aspell, because then you don´t need special dictionary files for utf-8. Aspell supports Faroese, and I can see that people use aspell for the FCK editor, so my question is if there is a way to use aspell for the FCK editor in DW
