When editing a paragraph, the sort order of the paragraph template is missing/does not work.

No matter how I setup the sorter under "Management" -> "Designer"/"Templates"/"Paragraph" the sorter order when editing a paragraph does not work.

...

And for the feature request.
It would be nice if it was possible to bind a paragraph template to a specific language/area.

In the new interface the sortorder in the paragraph template selector is decided by use on the current language/area. So the paragraph template that has been used the most times on that language is the one found on top. If a template is not used - they are sorted according to the sort value.

Default template is set on the Stylesheet - so based on the stylesheet applied to a page/language that will be the default template for new paragraphs...

In regards to your request: it is a part of the product backlog for the next release (7.1) due around march.
