Loyalty Points

On the rule setup, please make it possible to select users by query. This will make it possible to create more advanced rules in a reward/loyalty program. For example if users have more the 100 points give them 20% of the order total in points and 10% if they have less than 100 Points.

Hi Kim

On a group in user management, you can select a smart search to add the users to the group. See https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/users/user-management/user-groups#2532

Using the scheduler you can keep users in the list up to date.

This should do the trick.

Having smartsearches on the loyalty and discount rules I understand being a really nice feature - but it is a performance problem that we do not currently have a solution for.
